A CELEBRATION OF SPEED

A remarkable private collection car from Rolls-Royce, Wraith Black Arrow embodies a legacy of speed. Not only does it represent Rolls-Royce’s final V12 coupé, it also commemorates a historic record-breaking achievement.

As the lead copywriter across web and social, I devised a narrative that both celebrated the car and reflected on the single event that inspired its name.

Every aspect of Wraith Black Arrow’s design pays homage to the 1938 land-speed attempt of Thunderbolt — a lightning-quick vehicle that raced across the Bonneville Salt Flats to achieve land-speed glory.

Crafting the narrative for the webpage, I used the car’s bespoke features as prompts to recount the chronological story of that historic day.

On social, we created IG Stories that unpacked the intricate details behind each feature.

A one week social campaign highlighted the car’s bespoke features and invited people to explore further on web.
